Square D by Schneider Electric HDL36035T is a Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) within the PowerPacT HDL sub-range. It features a removable/interchangeable trip unit, designed for PowerPacT H-Frame 150 TMD, with 3 poles (3P) and a rated current of 35A. This MCCB operates at a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 750 V, with AC rated voltages of 600Vac and 600Y/347Vac, and a DC rated voltage of 250Vdc. It offers thermal protection for overload and magnetic protection for short-circuit situations, with a net height of 163 mm, width of 104 mm, and depth of 86 mm. The device supports a mounting mode of individual unit mount on plate, has an IP40 degree of protection, and operates manually via a toggle. Protection settings include over-current fixed at 35A, short-circuit hold current fixed at 400A, and short-circuit trip current fixed at 850A. Its rated operating voltage (Ue) is 690 V, with a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8 kV. The trip current rating is 35 AT, with a frame current rating of 150 AF. It has a short circuit breaking rating of 25kA at 240Vac, 18kA at 480Vac and 480Y/277Vac, 14kA at 600Vac and 600Y/347Vac, and 20kA at 250Vdc, all according to UL489 standards.
