Product description
Square D by Schneider Electric BJL26100 is a Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) within the PowerPacT BJL sub-range, featuring a PowerPact B-Frame 100 TMD 2P 100A 600Y/347Vac 25kA design. It has a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8 kV and utilizes Everlink (Creep compensating) lugs for connections on both line and load sides, offering a degree of protection rated at IP40. The rated current is 100A, with an AC rated voltage of 600Vac 600Y/347Vac, and it has a mechanical durability of 20,000 operations at no load. This MCCB is designed for fixed mounting on DIN rail or as an individual unit mount on a plate, featuring 2 poles (2P). Its dimensions are 137 mm in height, 80 mm in depth, and 54 mm in width, falling under utilisation category A. Protection settings include over-current fixed at 100A, short-circuit hold current fixed at 1000A, and short-circuit trip current fixed at 1500A. The rated voltage for DC applications is 250Vdc, with a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 800 V and a rated operating voltage (Ue) of 690 V. It provides thermal protection for overload and magnetic protection for short-circuits, with a trip current rating of 100 AT and an electrical durability of 10,000 operations with load at 440Vac. The frame current rating is 100 AF, operated manually via a toggle, and it has a short circuit breaking rating that varies with voltage, including 100kA at 240Vac, 65kA at 480Vac, 65kA at 480Y/277Vac, 25kA at 600Y/347Vac, and 50kA at 250Vdc, all in accordance with UL489. The trip unit type is thermal-magnetic (fixed) without a display.
