Product description
Square D by Schneider Electric BGL46125LU is a Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) within the PowerPacT BGL sub-range, featuring a PowerPact B-Frame 125 TMD with 4 poles (4P) and a rated current of 125A. It operates at a rated voltage of 600Vac 600Y/347Vac and a DC voltage of 250Vdc, with an impulse voltage rating (Uimp) of 8 kV. The connection type includes Everlink (Creep compensating) lugs on both line and load sides, plus a Control Wire terminal (CWT) on the line side only. It offers a degree of protection of IP40 and is designed for fixed mounting on DIN rail or as an individual unit mount on a plate. The MCCB has a mechanical durability of 20,000 operations at no load and an electrical durability of 10,000 operations with load at 440Vac. Its protection settings include over-current fixed at 125A, short-circuit hold current fixed at 1000A, and short-circuit trip current fixed at 1500A. The device provides thermal protection against overload and magnetic protection against short-circuits, with a trip current rating of 125 AT and a frame current rating of 125 AF. The operating mode is manual toggle, and it has a short circuit breaking rating of 65kA at 240Vac, 35kA at 480Vac and 480Y/277Vac, and 18kA at 600Y/347Vac under UL489 standards. The trip unit type is thermal-magnetic (fixed) without a display.
