Schneider Electric ATV71HU40Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with features including U/F ratio (2 points / 5 points), sensorless flux vector control, ENA System, and vector control with or without speed feedback. It delivers 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% of the nominal motor torque for 60 seconds. This model comes with a built-in EMC filter, built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 425-759Vac, accommodating 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac nominal voltages. The dimensions are H420mm x W240mm x D236mm, and it features a conformal coating for chemical resistance. The degree of protection includes IP20, IP21, and UL type 1. The rated current specifications are 5.8A at 500Vac and 5.5A at 690Vac, with a maximum current of 9.57A for 2 seconds and 8.7A for 60 seconds.
