Product description
Schneider Electric ATV71HD30N4Z is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series designed for variable speed and frequency control. It features sensorless flux vector control, ENA System, and vector control with or without speed feedback, capable of delivering 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% for 60 seconds. This model includes a built-in DC choke, EMC filter, non-detachable display, and built-in heatsink. It operates on a supply voltage of 323-528Vac (380Vac / 400Vac / 480Vac / 500Vac nominal) and offers dimensions of H550mm x W240mm x D266mm. The drive has an IP20, IP21, and UL type 1 degree of protection, with a rated current of 66A at 380Vac (4kHz), 52A at 460Vac (4kHz), and can handle a maximum current of 109A for 2 seconds and 99A for 60 seconds. It supports wall mounting and uses Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. Designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz, it includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source), an additional programmable digital input, and a PWR safety input. The drive also features 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact) and 2 digital outputs (NO relay contacts), alongside 2 analog inputs for comprehensive control. It has a current consumption of 66A at 380Vac and 56A at 480Vac, with a rated active power of 30kW and a rated power of 40HP.
