Schneider Electric ATV71HC11N4D is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio of 2 points / 5 points. It features sensorless flux vector control, ENA System, and vector control with or without speed feedback, capable of delivering 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% for 60 seconds. This model comes with a built-in EMC filter, a built-in heatsink, and a coated version without a DC choke. It operates on a supply voltage of 323-528Vac (380Vac / 400Vac / 480Vac / 500Vac nom.), with dimensions of H1022mm x W360mm x D377mm. The ATV71HC11N4D has a conformal coating for chemical resistance, an IP30 UL type 1 degree of protection, and supports wall mounting. It has a rated current of 215A at 380Vac and 2.5kHz, 215A at 460Vac and 2.5kHz, with a maximum current of 355A for 2 seconds and 323A for 60 seconds. Communication is facilitated through Modbus and CANopen protocols, designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-500 Hz. It includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source), an additional programmable digital input, and a PWR safety input, along with 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact) and 2 digital outputs (NO relay contacts). The ATV71HC11N4D also features 2 analog inputs for comprehensive control and monitoring. Its current consumption is rated at 202A for 380Vac and 163A for 480Vac, with a rated active power of 110kW and a rated power of 150HP.
