Red Lion DA70A0G1E4A5C020 is a modular cellular router designed for DIN rail mounting with an IP30 degree of protection. This part of the FlexEdge DA70A Protocol gateways series features a design with 3 sled slots: slot 1 is equipped for 4G cellular connectivity specific to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, slot 2 supports Wi-Fi, and slot 3 includes 1 x RS-232 and 1 x RS-485 connections. It offers a variety of connection types, including 1 x RJ12 port for RS-232 serial communication, 2 x RJ45 ports for RS-485 serial communication, 2 x RJ45 ports for 10/100BaseTX Ethernet connections, 1 x USB type A and 1 x USB type B connectors for device interfacing, and 1 x micro SD card port for storage expansion. Additionally, it features an extension port for additional I/O's and isolated ports via a media module for 1 x RJ12 (RS-232) and 1 x RJ45 (RS-485). The router operates on a supply voltage of 12-24Vdc and supports multiple communication protocols including Ethernet, RS-485, RS-232, LTE (4G), and 802.11 (Wi-Fi). Its functions are managed through a configuration software (Web GUI / Crimson) and include networking software capabilities (Firewall / RADIUS auth. / Routing / NAT / IP Fallback / VPN Client-Server) as well as automation software that supports over 300 drivers, IIoT connectors, and OPC UEA.
