This router is part of the FlexEdge DA70A Advance automation controllers sub-range and features a design that includes 3 x sled slots: slot (1) is equipped for 4G cellular connectivity in North America with AT&T, slot (2) includes 1 x RS-232 and 1 x RS-485 connections, and slot (3) is designed for USB host functionality. The connection interface comprises 2 x RJ12 ports for RS-232 serial connections, 1 x RJ45 port for RS-485 serial connections, 2 x RJ45 ports for 10/100BaseTX Ethernet connections, 1 x USB type A and 1 x USB type B connectors, and 1 x micro SD card port for additional I/O extension. It also includes 1 x RJ12 and 1 x RJ45 isolated ports via a media module, and 1 x USB 2.0 Host also via a media module. The router operates on a supply voltage of 12-24Vdc and supports multiple communication protocols including Ethernet, RS-485, RS-232, and LTE (4G). Its functions encompass a modular cellular router configuration software accessible via Web GUI or Crimson, networking software that includes a firewall, RADIUS authentication, routing, NAT, IP Fallback, and VPN Client-Server capabilities.
