Red Lion DA70A0F1N5C5C040 is a modular cellular router designed for DIN rail mounting with an IP30 degree of protection. This router is part of the FlexEdge DA70A Advance automation controllers sub-range and features a design with 3 sled slots: slot 1 is equipped for 4G cellular connectivity in North America with AT&T, slots 2 and 3 each provide 1 x RS-232 and 1 x RS-485 connections. It offers a variety of connection types including 2 x RJ12 ports for RS-232 serial connections, 1 x RJ45 port for RS-485 serial connections, 2 x RJ45 ports for 10/100BaseTX Ethernet connections, 1 x USB type A and 1 x USB type B connectors, and 1 x micro SD card port for additional I/O extension. Additionally, it includes 2 x RJ12 and 2 x RJ45 isolated ports via 2 media modules. The router operates on a supply voltage of 12-24Vdc and supports Ethernet, RS-485, RS-232, and LTE (4G) communication protocols. Its functions encompass a modular cellular router configuration through Web GUI or Crimson, networking software capabilities such as Firewall, RADIUS auth., Routing, NAT, IP Fallback, and VPN Client-Server, along with automation software features that include over 300 drivers, IIoT connectors, OPC UEA, SQL Sync, data logging, Virtual HMI, and an advanced Web Server. It also integrates IEC control software through Crimson Control.
