PILZ-G1000030 Pilz Control Circuits

Pilz PILZ-G1000030 is a control station designed with multiple functionalities including an emergency stop push-button and various illuminated push-buttons for operational control. It features a blind plug in push-button position 1, two illuminated push-buttons each with 1NO (Normally Open) contact in positions 2 and 3, and a black mushroom head push-button with 2NC (Normally Closed) + 1NO signal contact in position 4. The control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. Its design incorporates LED indicators for the operating stop push-button (2NC + 1NO signal contact) and two illuminated push-buttons (1NO each), with a 30mm head diameter. Mechanical durability is rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact, 1,000,000 operations for the push-button NO contact, and 1,300,000 operations for the B10 NO contact.
