Pilz PILZ-G1000030 is a control station designed with multiple functionalities including an emergency stop push-button and various illuminated push-buttons for operational control. It features a blind plug in push-button position 1, two illuminated push-buttons each with 1NO (Normally Open) contact in positions 2 and 3, and a black mushroom head push-button with 2NC (Normally Closed) + 1NO signal contact in position 4. The control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. Its design incorporates LED indicators for the operating stop push-button (2NC + 1NO signal contact) and two illuminated push-buttons (1NO each), with a 30mm head diameter. The rated current specifications include a minimum contact current of 1mA, 0.1A at 24Vdc for DC-13, and 0.1A at 24Vdc for signal output. Connection is facilitated through a 12-pin M12 male connector, and the device is protected to IP65 standards. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal), features a round button shape, and is constructed from zinc housing with Ag contact and Au signal contact. The control station is available in white, green, yellow, blue, and red cap colors with black and white buttons, has a net width of 40 mm, and utilizes white LED lighting. Power consumption is rated at 12 W, with a net depth of 40 mm. The operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It includes 3 NO auxiliary contacts, 2NC (operating stop) + 1NO (signal) + 2NO (illum. push-button) contact types, and 2 NC auxiliary contacts. Mechanical durability is rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact, 1,000,000 operations for the push-button NO contact, and 1,300,000 operations for the B10 NO contact.
