Pilz PILZ-G1000028 is a control station designed with a focus on functionality and versatility. It features a configuration that includes an emergency stop push-button and three additional push-button positions: one with a blind plug and two with illuminated push-buttons, each providing two normally open (NO) contacts. The emergency stop push-button is equipped with two normally closed (NC) contacts. This control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. It is designed with LED indicators for the emergency stop push-button and the two illuminated push-buttons. The head diameter is 30mm, and it supports a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) to 0.1A (at 24Vdc; DC-13). Connection is facilitated through a 12-pin M12 male connector, and it boasts an IP65 degree of protection, ensuring durability against dust and water ingress. The supply voltage requirement is between 19.2 and 28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The control station's round buttons are housed in zinc with silver contacts, and it comes in a variety of cap colors including white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with a red emergency stop button, a white button, and a black cover. The net width and depth are both 40 mm. It features a white LED light, consumes 12 W of power, and has a turn-to-release operating mode. The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. It includes four normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts and two normally closed (NC) auxiliary contacts. The mechanical durability is rated at 6050 operations for the emergency stop contact and 1,000,000 operations for the push-button NO contact, with a B10 rating of 1,300,000 operations for the NO contact.
