PILZ-G1000027 Pilz Control Circuits

Pilz PILZ-G1000027 is a control station designed with an emergency stop push-button and four illuminated push-buttons, each with a single normally open (1NO) contact configuration. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. The design features LED indicators for the four illuminated push-buttons, each with a 30mm head diameter. It supports a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) to 0.1A (24Vdc; DC-13) and connects via a 12-pin M12 male connector. With an IP65 degree of protection, it ensures durability against dust and water ingress. The supply voltage requirement is between 19.2 and 28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The mechanical durability is rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 operations for the push-button NO contacts, underlining its robustness for extensive use.
