Pilz PILZ-G1000027 is a control station designed with an emergency stop push-button and four illuminated push-buttons, each with a single normally open (1NO) contact configuration. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. The design features LED indicators for the four illuminated push-buttons, each with a 30mm head diameter. It supports a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) to 0.1A (24Vdc; DC-13) and connects via a 12-pin M12 male connector. With an IP65 degree of protection, it ensures durability against dust and water ingress. The supply voltage requirement is between 19.2 and 28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The control station's round buttons are housed in zinc with silver contacts, and the caps are available in white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with white buttons. It measures 40 mm in both width and depth, featuring white LED light with a power consumption of 12 W. The operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. It includes four normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts without any normally closed (NC) contacts. The mechanical durability is rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 operations for the push-button NO contacts, underlining its robustness for extensive use.
