Pilz PILZ-G1000026 is a control station designed for various automation applications, featuring an emergency stop push-button and three illuminated push-buttons for operational control. The control station includes one illuminated push-button with one normally open (1NO) contact, a second illuminated push-button also with one normally open (1NO) contact, and a third illuminated push-button with one normally closed (1NC) contact. The emergency stop push-button is equipped with two normally closed (2NC) contacts. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and has a net height of 293 mm. It is designed with LED indicators for the emergency stop push-button and two illuminated push-buttons, each with one normally open contact, and one illuminated push-button with one normally closed contact. The head diameter is 30mm, and it has a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) and 0.1A (24Vdc; DC-13) with a 12-pin M12 male connector for connection. The control station offers an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Its round buttons are housed in zinc with silver contacts, and the caps are available in white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with red and white buttons. The net width and depth are both 40 mm, and it features white LED lighting with a power consumption of 12 W. The operating mode for the emergency stop is turn-to-release. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 degrees Celsius. The control station includes two normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts and one normally closed (NC) auxiliary contact, with a mechanical durability of 6050 operations for the emergency stop contact, 1,000,000 operations for the push-button NO contact, and 1,300,000 operations for the B10 NO contact.
