Pilz PILZ-G1000002 is a control station designed with multiple functionalities including an E-stop push-button, key switch, and illuminated push-buttons. It features a key switch (1NO) at push-button position 1, two illuminated push-buttons (1NO each) at positions 2 and 3, and an E-stop push-button (2NC + 1NO signal contact) at position 4. The control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm. Its design incorporates LED indication for the E-stop push-button (2NC + 1NO signal contact), two illuminated push-buttons (1NO each), and one key switch (1NO), all with a 30mm head diameter. The rated current specifications include a minimum contact current of 1mA, 0.1A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 0.1A at 24Vdc for the signal output. Connection is facilitated through a 12-pin M12 male connector, and the device offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal), has a round button shape, and is constructed from zinc housing with Ag contact and Au signal contact. The control station is available in white, with green, yellow, blue, and red cap options, and red and white buttons. It measures 40 mm in both net width and depth, features white LED light color, and consumes 12 W of power. The operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. The device includes 4 NO auxiliary contacts and 2 NC auxiliary contacts, with a mechanical durability of 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 operations for the push-button NO contacts (B10; NO contact).
