Pilz PILZ-G1000001 is a control station designed with multiple functionalities including an emergency stop push-button and illuminated push-buttons. It features one blind plug and three push-button positions: two illuminated push-buttons each with one normally open (NO) contact, and an emergency stop push-button with two normally closed (NC) contacts plus one NO signal contact. The unit is equipped with LED indicators for the emergency stop push-button and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius. It has a net height of 293 mm, a diameter of 30mm for the head, and a rated current ranging from 1mA (minimum contact current) to 0.1A for both 24Vdc DC-13 and signal output. Connection is facilitated through a 12-pin M12 male connector, and it boasts an IP65 degree of protection. The supply voltage requirement is 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The control station's design includes a round button shape, a zinc housing, silver (Ag) contacts, and gold (Au) signal contacts, with cap colors available in white, green, yellow, blue, and red, alongside a red button, white button, and black cover. The net width and depth are both 40 mm, with a white LED light color and a power consumption of 12 W. Its operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70 degrees Celsius. The unit includes three NO auxiliary contacts and two NC auxiliary contacts, with mechanical durability rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and up to 1,300,000 operations for the NO contact under B10 conditions.
