Pilz PILZ-787148 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. It offers DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. The device has a net height of 101 mm, rated current for safety output contacts at 6A for 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nominal), belonging to the PNOZ X2.8P sub-range. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a net depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the unit consumes 2W of power.
