Pilz PILZ-784191 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate, instantaneous E-STOP, limit switch, and light beam device monitoring, supporting both type 2 and type 4 devices. It features an ON-delay de-energization timer, delayed E-STOP monitoring, a monitored manual reset, and start-up testing with AND/OR inputs, including a self-test function. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15), with plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The PNOZ e6vp sub-range part measures 45mm in width and 121mm in depth, offers an IP40 degree of protection, and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and it includes 4 x instantaneous safety outputs, 1 x instantaneous safety output (semiconductor), 1 x delayed safety output (semiconductor) with a selectable time delay, 1 x auxiliary output (semiconductor), and 2 x test pulse outputs. It also features 2 operating modes for enhanced protection, along with a variety of digital and logic inputs for comprehensive monitoring and control.
