Pilz PILZ-784135 is a safety relay designed for dual-channel safety applications, including two-hand monitoring type III C. It features AND and OR inputs for flexible integration, along with a self-test function for enhanced safety. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. With a net height of 101 mm, a rated current of 2A, and plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections, it ensures easy installation and maintenance. The PNOZ e2.1p belongs to a sub-range characterized by a width of 22.5 mm, a depth of 121 mm, and offers an IP40 degree of protection. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, ensuring durability. Its operating mode is dual-channel with automatic start, and it can be expanded with contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays for increased contact availability. The relay includes 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x auxiliary output, both semiconductor outputs, plus 2 x test pulse outputs for comprehensive safety measures. It also features detection of shorts across contacts, 1 x digital input, 2 x logic inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x self-monitoring input, supporting a wide range of safety functions.
