PILZ-774746 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-774746 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with functions including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. It features monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 87 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 8A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 8A at 240Vac (AC-1), 7A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is made via fixed screw terminal connections. Part of the PNOZ X10.1 sub-range, it measures 90mm in width and has an IP40 degree of protection. The supply voltage is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), with a power consumption of 5.5 W. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the net width and depth are 90 mm and 121 mm, respectively. Operating modes include single-channel operation without redundancy, dual-channel operation with and without detection of shorts across contacts, automatic start, manual start, and monitored start. It has 6 x instantaneous safety outputs and 4 x instantaneous auxiliary outputs, with 2 operating modes for protection functions. Digital inputs include 2 x digital inputs, 1 x feedback input, and 1 x start input.
