PILZ-774311 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-774311 is a safety relay designed for single-channel safety relay applications including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP (emergency stop) monitoring, and limit switch monitoring. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 87 mm, and it supports rated current safety output contacts ratings of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 5A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirements are 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) and 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal) for AC and DC inputs, respectively. Part of the PNOZ X1 sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, has a degree of protection of IP40, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front housing. The net width is 22.5 mm, and it consumes 2W of power with a net depth of 121 mm. Its operating mode includes single-channel operation without redundancy in the input circuit, automatic start once the input circuit is closed, and manual start once both the input circuit and start circuit are closed. It allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. The device includes 3 x instantaneous safety outputs (3NO / 3xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC / SPST-NC made of 2 N.C. contacts in parallel). It also features 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 70mA) and 1 x start input (Y1-Y2).
