Pilz PILZ-774190 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4 devices. It features a monitored manual reset, start-up testing with AND and OR inputs, and a self-test function. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 94 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). The connection type is plug-in/detachable screw terminals, belonging to the sub-range name PNOZ e6.1p. Dimensions include a width of 45 mm and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection of IP40. The supply voltage is 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The material used for the housing is PPO with an ABS front housing.
