Pilz PILZ-774132 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. It supports monitored manual reset and features start-up testing with AND input and OR input, including a self-test function. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 94 mm, a rated current of 2A, and utilizes plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. The PILZ-774132, part of the PNOZ e1.1p sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width and 121 mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. The operating modes include single-channel operation with specific wiring requirements according to EN 60204, detecting earth faults in the input and start circuit, and dual-channel operation with or without detection of shorts between pushbutton contacts. It offers automatic and monitored start options, preventing automatic restarting after a power failure. The relay can expand the number of available contacts by connecting to contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, both semiconductor outputs, along with 2 x test pulse outputs, 2 operating modes for protection, 1 x digital input, 2 x logic inputs, 1 x feedback input, 1 x start input, and 1 x self-monitoring input.
