PILZ-630740 Pilz Safety Light Curtains

Pilz PILZ-630740 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 14mm. It features both manual and automatic restart functions, an External Device Monitoring (EDM) Reset, and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. This model, part of the Basic sub-range, has a net height of 533.2 mm and offers a protective height of 450mm. It is equipped with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver. The PILZ-630740 boasts an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Its housing is made of painted aluminium with a PC cap and a PMMA front screen, presented in a yellow color. The maximum cable length is 50m, and it has a net width of 32.3 mm and a net depth of 36.9 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 6m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. It features 48 beams with a 14mm beam gap, two digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, a response time of 18ms, and is designed for a storage temperature range of -25 to +70°C.
