Pilz PILZ-570811 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes three illuminated push-buttons for various controls, one non-illuminated push-button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and an emergency stop push-button equipped with a color cap, escape release bar, and an actuator suitable for both right or left hinged gates. This product operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, three illuminated push-buttons, one non-illuminated push-button, and one emergency stop switch with an actuator. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation, with dimensions of W200mm x H555mm x L108mm. The PILZ-570811 provides an IP54 degree of protection against dust and water splashes, requires a 24Vdc supply voltage, and has a power consumption of 2W. Its operating mode is power-to-unlock, and it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms) for comprehensive control and safety functionalities.
