Pilz PILZ-506232 is a non-contact door switch designed for magnetic safety applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is suitable for act series connection for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This model comes pre-wired with a 10m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. The dimensions of the switch are W12mm x H11mm x L59.1mm, and it features an IP67 degree of protection, making it resistant to dust and water ingress. The switch has an M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape with a square actuator. It is constructed with a PBT housing and PUR cable insulation for durability. The rated voltage is 24Vdc, and it has a yellow housing for visibility. The sensing distance is 12mm (Sao) to 25mm (Sar), and it includes 3 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, with the contact configuration being 2NO (safety contact; reed) + 1NO (auxiliary contact). There are 0 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
