Pilz PILZ-400454 is an emergency push-button designed for wall mounting with a small, non-modular button set that includes an M12 connection for rail mounting. It features a round, red button with a diameter of 28mm for the head and an installation diameter of 22.3mm. The device operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C for operation and -25 to +80°C for storage. It has a net height of 53mm, a width of 42mm, and a depth of 123mm. The push-button is equipped with a 5-pin M12 connector and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The material of the contact is AgNi, and it has a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) with a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250V. The operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right to activate. It includes 2NC (Normally Closed) contacts, with no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts provided. The mechanical durability of the button is rated for 50,000 operations at no load, and it has a response time (bounce time) of 10ms / 0.01s.
