Pilz PILZ-400451 is a push-button emergency stop device featuring an E-stop push-button with a contact block set designed for wall mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C and has a net height of 103 mm. The device is designed with a surface mount housing, symbol, and logo inscription, and has a 55mm head diameter and a 22.3mm installation diameter. It supports a rated current of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), a minimum contact current of 1mA, and a thermal current (Ith) of 16A. The connection is facilitated through a 5-pin M12 connector, and it boasts an IP65 degree of protection. The round button is made from AgNi contact material and is red, with net dimensions of 72 mm in width and 85 mm in depth. The operating mode is a rotational release type, allowing for turning left or right. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +80°C. The device has no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts but includes 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts with self-monitoring, a response time of 10ms, a rated insulation voltage of 250 V, and is capable of 20,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability.
