Pilz PILZ-400450 is an emergency push-button designed for wall mounting with a small, non-modular button set suitable for rail mounting. It features an E-stop push-button and a contact block set, operating within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +55°C. The unit has a net height of 51 mm, a 28mm head diameter, and a 22.3mm installation diameter. It supports a rated current of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), with a minimum contact current of 1mA and a thermal current (Ith) of 5A. The connection is made via spring-loaded terminal connections. This device offers an IP65 degree of protection and has a round, red button made from AgNi contact material. The net width and depth are 42 mm and 108 mm, respectively. It features a rotational release type operating mode (turn left/right) and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +80°C. The PILZ-400450 has no Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, includes 2 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, a response time of 10ms / 0.01 s, a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V, and is capable of 50,000 operations at no load for mechanical durability.
