Pilz PILZ-400442 is an emergency push-button designed for front panel mounting with a key release type operation (turn right). It features an E-stop push-button and a contact block set, encapsulated in a round button shape with a red color and symbol and logo inscription for clear identification. The button has a diameter of 55mm for the head and an installation diameter of 22.3mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +70 °C for operation and -50 to +85 °C for storage. This model is rated for currents of 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), 3A at 250Vac (AC-15), with a minimum contact current of 1mA and a thermal current (Ith) of 16A. The PILZ-400442 offers screw-type terminal connections for secure wiring and boasts an IP65 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. Constructed with AgNi contact material, it ensures durability with a mechanical lifespan of 20,000 operations at no load. The device includes 2NC (with self-monitoring) contact types, ensuring a quick response time of 10ms / 0.01 s, and is rated for an insulation voltage (Ui) of 250 V.
