Panasonic FX-101-CC2 is an amplifier for sensors, specifically designed for digital fiber sensor applications. It features a digital fiber sensor amplifier with an interference prevention function and includes an OFF-delay/ON-delay timer adjustable from 0.01 milliseconds to 1 second. The device offers three light emission levels plus an auto-setting option, utilizing a red light color with a wavelength of 643 nm. The housing, switch, and fiber lock lever are constructed from polycarbonate, PBT materials respectively, ensuring durability. This part is pre-wired with a 2-meter cable and connector, terminated with bare end flying leads for easy integration. It provides outputs short-circuit protection and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 degrees Celsius. The FX-101-CC2 supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes, with a current consumption of 30mA (0.03 A) under normal conditions and 25mA (0.025 A) in Eco mode at 24Vdc. It features a single digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA) and offers response times ranging from 250 microseconds to 600 microseconds across four frequency settings. An orange LED serves as a visual position indicator, lighting up when the output is ON. The device is equipped with a 4-digit red LED display and a 4-digit green LED display for clear, easy-to-read output and settings information. Power consumption is rated at 0.72 W under normal operation and 0.6 W in Eco mode.
