SF520 Lenze Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

Lenze SF520 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for precise control of motor speed and frequency. It features dimensions of H146mm x W73mm x D146mm and supports a supply voltage of either 480Vac or 590Vac, with rated currents of 3.4A at 460Vac and 3A at 575Vac. This unit can be mounted in a cabinet or on a DIN rail and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50 °C, with a derating of 2.5% per °C above +50°C. It utilizes an RS-485 communication protocol and is compatible with a network frequency of 48-62 Hz on input and can output 0-240 Hz. The SF520 includes 2 digital outputs (open-collector outputs; 50mA at 30Vdc) at terminals TB-14 and TB-15, and operates on a 3-phase network (3P / 3AC). It is equipped with 2 analog inputs (1 x 0-10Vdc at terminal TB5 and 1 x 4-20mA at terminal TB25) and 2 analog outputs (1 x 0-10Vdc or 2Vdc-10Vdc at Terminal TB-30 and 1 x 0-10Vdc or 2-10Vdc at Terminal TB-31), both proportional to output frequency or load. The rated active power is 1.5kW, and the rated power is 2HP, both at 480-590Vac.
