SF450 Lenze Industrial Automation Components

Lenze SF450 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed for precise control of motor speed and frequency. It features dimensions of H146mm x W96mm x D171mm and supports a supply voltage of either 400Vac or 480Vac, with rated currents of 8.7A at 400Vac and 7.6A at 460Vac. This unit can be mounted in a cabinet or on a DIN rail and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50 °C, with a derating of 2.5% per °C above +50°C. It utilizes the RS-485 communication protocol and is compatible with a network frequency of 48-62 Hz on input and can output 0-240 Hz. The SF450 includes 2 digital outputs (open-collector outputs; 50mA at 30Vdc) at terminals TB-14 and TB-15, and operates on a 3-phase network (3P / 3AC). It is equipped with 2 analog inputs, one accepting 0-10Vdc at terminal TB5 and the other 4-20mA at terminal TB25, alongside 2 analog outputs, both offering 0-10Vdc or a variable 2Vdc-10Vdc proportional to output frequency or load at terminals TB-30 and TB-31. The rated active power of the SF450 is 4kW for a supply voltage of 400-480Vac, and its rated power is 5HP for the same voltage range.
