Anybus by HMS Networks HMS-EN2PB-R is a gateway designed as part of the Linking Device Series, serving as a protocol translator gateway with a vertical installation position. It features galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides and supports a PROFIBUS address range of node address 0-125. The EtherNet/IP address is flexible, allowing for any valid IP address, with TCP/IP settings configurable via BOOTP-DHCP server or Anybus IP config. This device includes 1 x SD card slot for EtherNet/IP to PROFIBUS translation, 8 x LED indicators for status and diagnostics, and is housed in a plastic enclosure made of ABS/PC. Its dimensions are H110mm x W35mm x D101mm. Connection options include 2 x RJ45 connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet IP (supporting both full and half duplex), 1 x 9-pin D-sub female connector for PROFIBUS, 1 x 3-poles plug-in screw connector for power, and 1 x USB connector for configuration. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and can be mounted on a DIN rail or wall. The operating ambient air temperature range is -25 to +60°C, with a storage temperature range of -40 to +85°C. It offers an IP20 and NEMA 1 degree of protection, consumes 300mA (max) or 220mA (typical) at 24Vdc, and supports communication speeds of 10/100Mbit/s for Ethernet and 9.6kbit/s to 12Mbit/s for PROFIBUS. The device is designed to operate in environments with 5-95% relative humidity (non-condensing).
