AB7809-F HMS Networks Industrial Automation Components

Anybus by HMS Networks AB7809-F is a gateway designed for protocol translation within the X-gateway series. It functions as a PROFIBUS master and Modbus Plus slave, featuring an installation position that can be either vertical or flat. This part offers galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides and allows for I/O configuration via a USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. It is equipped with 10 LED indicators for fieldbus/sub-network/device status, 6 node ID switches, and 6 source ID switches. The supply voltage required is 19.2-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +65°C, with a current consumption of 400mA (max) and 200mA (typical) at 24Vdc. The storage temperature range is -40 to +85°C. The speed capabilities are up to 12Mbit/s for PROFIBUS and 1Mbit/s for Modbus Plus, and it can operate in 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing).
