STBVR81 Banner Sensor Accessories

Banner Engineering STBVR81 is a touch-button designed with a yellow field cover and features a self-checking safety optical function. It is constructed with a polyetherimide upper housing, polypropylene (PP) field cover, and a reinforced P.B.T. polyester base. This part is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft 5-wire cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It comes in a black housing with a yellow cover. The STBVR81 operates on a supply voltage of 20Vac-30Vac (24Vac nom.) or 20Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.), and it can be mounted on the surface or base flush with a 30mm hole. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, NEMA 1, NEMA 3, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13. The saddle/yoke-shaped body encompasses 2 x digital outputs (SPDT rly. contact; complementary; 1A at 24Vdc / 0.4A at 125Vac resistive) and has a current consumption of 75mA. Its operating mode can be set to momentary NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed).
