SLPE25-270 Description
Banner Engineering SLPE25-270 is a safety light curtain from the LP Low-Profile series designed for hand detection with a resolution of 25mm. This unit, functioning as an emitter alone, is encased in an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and zinc end caps, featuring a yellow housing color. It offers a protective height of 270mm and operates with a supply voltage of 24Vdc. The SLPE25-270 is equipped with an Integral Removable Disconnect (RD) connection type and has dimensions of 28mm in width, 270mm in height, and 26mm in depth. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP65. The light curtain provides a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 7m and utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm. It has a response time of 8ms and includes 2 x digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and 1 x digital output (24Vdc; 250mA; PNP transistor) for FAULT output.
