SLPCP14-830 Description
Banner Engineering SLPCP14-830 is a safety light curtain from the LP Low-Profile series designed for finger detection with a resolution of 14mm. This cascadable unit features an emitter and receiver pair housed in aluminum with acrylic lenses and zinc end caps. It offers a protective height of 830mm and operates with a supply voltage of 24Vdc. The SLPCP14-830 operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and is rated IP65 for protection against dust and water jets. It has a compact design with dimensions of 28mm in width, 829mm in height, and 26mm in depth, and comes in a yellow housing. The safety light curtain provides a sensing distance from 10cm to 7m and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 850 nm. It includes two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs), one digital output (24Vdc; 250mA; PNP transistor) for fault indication, one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc; 30mA) for external device monitoring (EDM), and one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc) for reset functions. The response time is 22.5ms.
