Banner Engineering SLLP40-770P55 is a safety light curtain from the LS series type 4 safety light curtains designed for arm detection with a resolution of 40mm. This unit features an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 300mm pigtail terminated with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The protective height of the curtain is 770mm, housed in a yellow casing, and it operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage. Designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -20 to +55°C, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The SLLP40-770P55 has a net width of 36mm, a height of 774mm, and a depth of 45mm. It features a 40mm beam spacing/pitch and can sense objects within a distance of 10cm to 12m. The device includes two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs), one digital output (24Vdc; 100mA; sourcing/PNP transistor) for CSSI status output, and one digital output (24Vdc; sourcing/PNP transistor; 70mA) for emitter FAULT indication, with a response time of 9.5ms.
