SI-RFDT-UP8 Description
Banner Engineering SI-RFDT-UP8 is a non-contact RFID safety door/hood/gate switch from the SI-RF series, featuring a unique coding switch with In-Series Diagnostic (ISD) auto reset. This part is designed with a thermoplastic housing and is pre-wired with a 250mm pigtail that terminates with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It has 2NC contacts for its main function and includes 2 NC auxiliary contacts, with no NO auxiliary contacts. The SI-RFDT-UP8 operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP69K, ensuring its suitability for environments requiring high levels of dust and water resistance. The switch has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 15mm in width, 32mm in height, and 26mm in depth. Its sensing distance ranges from 10mm (Sao) to 25mm (Sar), accommodating various installation requirements.
