QS30LDBQ Banner Proximity Sensors

Banner Engineering QS30LDBQ is a Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. It features a diffuse mode with TEACH mode "B" modulation frequency and is equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. This sensor is part of the QS30 Diffuse-mode Laser sensors series and is designed for mounting via an M30 threaded mount. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The QS30LDBQ operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens. The sensing distance is up to 400mm, and it emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
