QS30LD W/30 Description
Banner Engineering QS30LD W/30 is a Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C. This sensor is part of the QS30 Diffuse-mode Laser sensors series and is equipped with a diffuse mode TEACH mode for adaptable sensing. It comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. The QS30LD W/30 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for demanding environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with an acrylic lens. The sensing distance is up to 400mm, and it emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for versatile output options. The response time is notably quick at 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
