Banner Engineering QS18VP6LVQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is built in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment for precise control. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Pico-style M8 connector, aligning with the QS18 series specifications. It boasts an IP67 NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environments. The supply voltage requirement ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, capable of sensing distances up to 6.5m with visible red light. The QS18VP6LVQ supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) with a rapid response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s.
