PBB-1 Description

Banner Engineering PBB-1 is a fiber optic sensor designed for diffuse-reflective system applications, featuring a flex strain relief and bifurcated fiber with side / right-angled sensing. It operates effectively at an ambient air temperature up to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber (Vantage Line) series, characterized by its 1mm fiber core diameter and a 6ft / 2m length. The PBB-1 has a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made of stainless steel, while the fiber itself is constructed from plastic, and the fiber sheath is made of polyethylene (PE), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of applications.
