Banner Engineering P4CORS is a sensor belonging to the P4 OMNI series, designed primarily for in-line vision and inspection tasks with a 1.3Mpixel camera. It features a C-mount mounting mode and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50 °C. The sensor has a net height of 147 mm, a width of 67 mm, and a depth of 34 mm, encased in an aluminium housing for durability. It is pre-equipped with an RJ45 connector for connectivity and supports Modbus TCP RS-232 communication protocol. The P4CORS offers a degree of protection rated at IP20 and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Additionally, it includes 4 x digital outputs (PNP/NPN transistor) for interfacing with other devices.
