About the product

Banner Engineering MAR6016NX485Q-87132 is a sensor from the MINI-ARRAY 2-piece models series designed for edge/profile sensing. This product, functioning as a measuring light screen array edge/profile sensor (receiver alone), features a 1514mm array length within an aluminium housing of rectangular shape. It offers a 3/4" / 19mm beam spacing/pitch and is pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PVC pigtail that terminates with an M12 mini-style connector. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 16Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It is rated with a degree of protection IP65 UL type 1, has a sensing distance ranging from 90cm to 13.5m, and includes 2 x digital outputs (NPN transistor; complementary NO/NC). The resolution is 3/4" / 19mm, and it can detect object sizes between 25.4-38.1mm.
