Banner Engineering K50APTGYDQ-28702, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome-shaped window made from diffused polycarbonate (PC), a PC base, and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm PUR pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The K50APTGYDQ-28702 can be mounted on the surface or base pole with an M30 thread and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and is rated for IP67 and IP69K degrees of protection. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output and sensing light (Y; Yellow), and a mispick light (Y; Yellow) with output NO (Normally Open) touch output when touched with inactive job input. It has a current consumption of 75mA, one digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, and two digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick functions.
