K50APTGRC Description
Banner Engineering K50APTGRC, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with LED illumination in a black housing. It features a dome window shape made from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. This part is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can be mounted via surface or base pole with an M30 thread. The dome diameter is 50mm / 2 inches, and it is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. The K50APTGRC offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69K. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activates output and sensing light (B; Blue), and touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red) and output NO (Normally Open) touch output. The current consumption is 75mA. It also features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and 2 x digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick functions.
