Banner Engineering K50APT2YGCQ-804494 is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light component from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for automation applications. This part features Gen.2 LED illumination within a black housing and a dome window shape. The window and base are made from polycarbonate (PC), with a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath for the pre-wired 6" / 15cm PUR pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The K50APT2YGCQ-804494 is designed for surface or base pole mounting with an M30 thread and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. It can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69K. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (W; White) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output and sensing light (Y; Yellow), and a mispick indication (Y; Yellow) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output when the job input is inactive. This part has a current consumption of 75mA, one digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, and two digital outputs (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and Mispick functions.
