K50APT2GRC Description

Banner Engineering K50APT2GRC, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with Gen.2 LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. This part is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft 5-wire cable terminated with bare end flying leads, supporting a supply voltage range of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). It offers versatile mounting options including surface or base pole with an M30 thread and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. The K50APT2GRC operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 and IP69K. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (Green) that is ON when the job input is active, and touch activates the output and sensing light (Red) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output. The current consumption is 75mA, and it features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch functionality.

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
