Banner Engineering K50APFF100GRXD5QP-14575 is a pick-to-light sensor from the EZ-LIGHT series designed for optical sensing with fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The mounting mode options include surface, base pole M30, and 1/2" NPSM thread, accommodating a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, and touch activates the output and sensing light (R; Red) with a NO (Normally Open) touch output. The current consumption is 90mA, and it features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch, with a 100mm sensing range.
